We love the art of creating. Our days have always been filled with it – designing communication to be beautiful and effective. Finding exciting, innovative, and thoughtful ways to communicate creatively is what we do. Officially, WAYworks was established in 2009 as a creative agency and partnership between husband and wife team, Emmanuel & Emily Lucima.
Emmanuel and Emily have 28 years combined experience in the field of creative design.

Emmanuel is a visionary business leader and
Production Director. He has over a decade of experience working in creative brand design, video production, and music as a producer, songwriter and musician. He helps to consult and lead teams to broadcast impactful national events. Emmanuel is continually learning and serves as an advisor to help develop live-streaming technology. He has a passion to invest in businesses, build them from the ground up and see them grow.

Emily is a Creative Director with experience in senior design positions leading brand creative and product development in the consumer goods and visual communication / print industries. Emily has 20 year background in the fashion industry combined with many years of experience creating national media for international brands. She endeavors to work together as a team to impact your business, inspire the consumer and move forward in pursuit of your mission.
